Event Lounge · hourly hire
From ₦100,000 / hour + 7.5% VAT.
₦100,000 refundable caution every booking, returned after inspection.
- Minimum hire: 2 hours. Flat hourly rate with no weekday/weekend split.
- Room hire only; setup is inside booked hours unless quoted otherwise.
- Crew, editing, catering and other add-ons are quoted separately.
Pay 50% of room or venue hire (ex-VAT) within 72 hours of the written quote; 60% if hire exceeds ₦5,000,000. The date is held only after the deposit clears. Balance + 7.5% VAT + ₦100,000 refundable caution are due before the session.
